Bio: Zoran Levnajic is a Senior Researcher at the Laboratory of data technologies. His main interests are collective dynamics on complex networks, in particular computational modeling of biological and social networks. He is also interested in developing methods of network reconstruction from empirical data. His past research activity includes visualization methods in chaotic dynamical systems, modeling of phase-resetting curves in neural networks, self-organization in complex networks of chaotic elements, and even problems related to quantum chaos. He studied physics at University of Trieste; obtained his MS in dynamical systems from University of California, Santa Barbara, and his PhD in network theory from Jozef Stefan Institute, Ljubljana. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at Potsdam University.
